What happened to "...the lawsuit has no merit"! Guess the "hazzards of litigation" must have outweighed the other considerations. Of course litigation expenses most likely would have been greater than 1.9 mil., good thing they pulled in 5 mil. on that options a few months ago. Doesn't look like the news has hurt the stock price, but then it hasn't helped it yet either. Was that 1.9 figured on all past sales, or just recent sales. Am glad to see the issue resolved, but wish it had been less costly!
