JNPR IPO date 25-Jun-99 OPEN 105 HIGH 106 LOW 94 CLOSE 98.875 VOLUME 7,472,300 Split Adjusted 16.4792 Splits 1/18/00 3:1 and 6/16/00 2:1 Shares offered were 4.8M + an over-allotment of 720,000...so about 5.5M shares at first. Float is now listed at 157.2M and shares outstanding at 320.7M. I suspect the public float is now quite a bit larger than that rather dated 157.2M figure. These former high flyers are going to require some really good news to attract the kind of interest required to absorb that supply...check out the float on CSCO !
