Don't hold your breath. Civilizations invariably get overrun by the barbarians. One Brit expressed that the UK didn't become THE world power because England was a bunch of nice guys. Every uncivilized behavior the Americans have, the Brits had first. When England became civil, that's when the problems started. England had the additional advantage that we shipped all the cretins to Australia and America. So the remaining gene pool was a little better off. jttmab
