That is the sound of you and your neighbors crying.

Also, if they only got $35 back I believe that means they only paid $35 in Fed Income Tax, in which case maybe they should be audited. If they paid more than that in Fed Income it means the tax cut doesn't really help the well to do as much as you desperately want to believe it does. Either scenario leaves you looking like the whining idiot you are.
