Wolf,

I know a few of you mentioned the possibility of DMX taking over OXO. I wasn't one of them. I didn't believe OXO's managers would let it go. They may end up being very large DMX holders. That's okay with me. I always thought that OXO would go public and we would only be able to participate thru our 20% indirect holding. This is much better.

One thing about a DMX PR though, you're always left with more questions than you had before.
