Help - Pending lawsuit by investors against PNLK management. People on raging bull tracker thread are blowing and going. They have put a lot of facts together and are in consultation with an experienced SEC type attorney. They need money immediately to get this case going. Please contact cyndikus@yahoo.com for further information or any facts you might have to offer.

Please take a minute and email Cindy and let her know whether you are able or will participate. They know there are many of you who have been affected financially, but just don't have the time to run everyone down. Time is of the essence.

ATTENTION ALL PNLK SUPPORTERS: I am sure most of
< you are aware of our continued efforts to get to the
< bottom of PNLK going "belly-up" as well as seeing
< justice served in favor of the little people. There
< has already been an enormous amount of effort by
< several investors to gather information and research
< all our legal avenues. We are at the point of
< retaining legal counsel but need $$$ committed
< support in order to continue. We already have a
< core group of committed investors but feel sure
< there are more out there that would like to join us.
