Yes, she actually did enjoy it, though she commented that men are not portrayed in a very positive light. This pained her, as she has discovered boys and thinks they are "the bomb". Tomorrow is "Catcher" day. I'm very excited and have offered to do some reading aloud. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head, but I'm hoping she reconsiders. I read her a few of my poems today. She looked at me and said "Oh Mom, why do you have to do everything so well?" Just as I was filling with pride, she added "I wish you'd write about me, though".
