HJ I could be off on this but i think that consulting co's thrive best when business world is chaotic and markets are growing, when things are changing quickly and bus owners don't trust themselves to "just do it"

But those conditions just came to an end last yr and I think that with a slowing economy the demand for consulting services will decline.
