No. Kennedy caused a young woman's death - I figure it was a drunk driving accident. What the charge should have been I can't say - murder, manslaughter, whatever - but he should of been charged with something heavy. I know of people who have gone to prison for causing a death while driving drunk, though I can't recall the charge. That's what should have happened to EK.

But Kennedy's getting away with a crime, doesn't justify anyone elses wrong-doing - or perhaps it does in your opinion?
