I missed it and it's not far from where my studio is located. In fact one of the entrances to the tunnel is right next to my Alma Mater, The Maryland Institute (one of their main buildings is an old train station complete with a huge wooden roof over the tracks- boltonhill.org. It was raining right about the time the fire broke out, I had something that had to go to Fedex so I trudged over to Kinkos with my umbrella to drop it in the box and I remember wondering why I could cross one of the busiest streets out of downtown against the light....no cars, at rush hour. I got home an hour later and my husband , who had seen the local news, told me about it.
