MONI will go down the drain because they original strategy didn't work:

They tried to put together a company that later on would appeal to CSCO, ALA or LU to buy it. It is more than obvious that neither will buy MONI.

One hope for them is that Siemens and Ericsson source transmission products from MONI. This, perhaps, will end up extending support to this company in some way for it not to close down.

If we look to the UK, in general, they have not succeeded in telecoms. Very poor record. It is very unlikely that this one will succeed.
