Hi Baldy,

9:40 - 10:10 Wall Street time.

Late October -- mutual funds do a lot of selling in October. I'm told its the end of their fiscal year so for some reason that motivates them to sell stuff. So the markets get oversold then. They begin to rebound in late Oct - Early Nov.

Late December - tax loss selling. People sell their dog stock so they can use the capital loss to offset gain. Again, these stocks tend to get oversold. So they rebound in January.
