Re:Check the balance sheets of companies in either chapter 7 (liquidation) or chapter 15 (reorganization). You see that this is a common trait. On some the quality of the assets is questioned and a company can be forced into either chapter (7 or 15) before it (TSE) does go to or below zero. Chapter 15????? In addition to your accounting expertise, I see you are an expert on bankruptcy law also.
