Good point. But one observation I've made that gets consistently ignored is that the overall CPU market is becoming one that is less willing to pay for high volumes of expensive parts, (the $200 & up chips that are so helpful to ASPs) and that AMD, with its lower cost corporate structure, is better positioned to thrive in such a market.
