Following is the only thing that I have been able to uncover on Sovereign Resources, Inc. It looks like someone else (Sovereign Chief Ventures Ltd.) bought them March 31, 2000. I wonder what happened? Did they gut the company and then sell it to CIS.Com, or did they figure out the company was all smoke and mirrors and decided to unload it to CIS.com. who knows?
