Signal Technology Keltec Division Awarded Multi-Mode Radar Transmitter Program


DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2001--Signal Technology Corporation ("Signal") (Nasdaq:STCO), a leading provider of electronics products for wireless communications and power management products in the commercial, defense and space markets, today announced that its Keltec Division has been awarded follow-on production orders for its state-of-the-art 4kW radar transmitter. Keltec's high-reliability transmitter supports high-altitude, multi-mode, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) on numerous defense platforms. This follow-on award brings Keltec's transmitter business segment to more than $5 million this year.
