It's been in a trading range since May, and it was near the top of that range yesterday. But if you go back to March, when it went over 40, then yes, it'd be closer to the midrange. And yes, it could break out of the current trading range and head back into the 30s, if the market fell.

But CNBC says there's going to be a summer rally, so how could the market fall? They should turn it into a survivor program, where each week they'd vote an analyst off the air. "AJC: You must leave the island immediately."
