MOUNTAIN VIEW and ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - August 17, 2000 - VERITAS Software Corporation (Nasdaq: VRTS), the data availability company, and QLogic Corp. (Nasdaq: QLGC), the leading SAN infrastructure provider, today announced an alliance that will provide customers with integrated storage area network (SAN) solutions for complete SAN management. Under the agreement, the two Companies will bundle and resell VERITAS SANPoint Control™ with QLogic’s host bus adapters and switches.

Anyway till this post I hadn't thought of VRTS as a potential revenue stream for Q.
