AMmo says, "Wanna go out and have a catch, dad?"
Since Ammo speaks in nothing but movie quotes I assume that's a line from Field of Dreams.

You are correct. The line always strikes me as a bit odd because I never "had a catch" with my dad. We "played catch" a lot and "threw the ball around." Stephen likes to play catch now, and it is an incredible experience being the dad in that equation. He really is into football, and we're in the right part of the country for taht. He's almost 8 now.

Of course Dan's lost some off his fastball. He's probably at the point where he needs to learn the spitball and other assorted not-necessarily-legal deliveries.

Team allegiance remains unchanged. I am a St. Louis Cardinals fan by birth and the Reds are a sworn enemy. Plus, the Reds are really bad right now. I fear that I am going to lose my sons to The Ohio State Buckeyes, however.

I don't want to leave the impression that I am miserable in my job. The company is going through some tough times and we are in the midst of a massive turn-around, so there is no shortage of legal issues. The work is challenging and fun, for the most part, and I work with a great group of people. The hours are long and dealing with lenders and other parties is very frustrating but I'm learning a lot and in the last year I have really made strides professionally. I do need a break though. I've taken only 5 vacation days since 1/1/2000, and they were spread out over 4 long weekends.
