No.
That's why I suggested that Intel writes off many
of IAG expenses into "other" businesses. The motivation
is to sustain an image of success in its core business,
to lure more "investors" to believe in this image.
John Fowler is a typical victim (or a member of
Intel accounting team?), and fiercely disagree
with this "theory".
