If you've got allegations to make, make them to the appropriate authorities.

Robust yield on a large part is one way to protect margins... Intel has indicated that yield and bin on the P4 are both good. I've therefore based my statement on publicly available knowledge.

If you, however, have inside knowledge of wrongdoing by Intel, please present it to the FTC as a concerned citizen. If not, drop it. It just sounds like sour grapes.
