Pat Mudge, the government needs FlexCap and HDSL. I take my hat off to GTE & Westell. This move should also pressure all the other telcos with government accouts. There will be substantial savings to the government. You have no idea what the goverment spends on T1 and T3 links. GTE is the catalyst and this will force the rest of the telcos to provide similar services. This could be Amati's big opportunity providing their pockets are deep enough to get the telco rack space.
