There is a mill on this property. This was not set up
for the hell of it. GHE paid over a million bucks for
this piece of property. Of course a lot of juniors pay a
million bucks for a property. Name two. They set their
options at 1.07. How many times can you buy a stock at
a price lower than what insiders set their own options.
Sounds like a sell to me.
