JRH, I would very much appreciate a link to the Simmons reports. I also worked in Indonesia many years ago and am aware of the growing demand there and in other developing countries for petroleum products. It only takes a very slight increase in per capita GDP to trigger huge increases in demand for gasoline from individuals who become wealthy enough to afford a motor vehicle.
