My guess is there will be no delisting, BC. Not sure would trade any lower on the pinks anyway. I would also guess that they won't publicize that their appeal for exception was granted unless it is as a small ancillary to some larger financial news. Why trumptet that you had to get an exception from their "two consecutive losing years" rule in order to maintain listing?

More extended complete silence on the financial fronts, if that is what continues, will not bode well, however.In my opinion. Ain't been a whole lot that boded well for axc in a long long time.
