[GTE and the govt]

Alex --

I honestly don't know what Amati's doing with the gov't. To my knowledge they've not been in any trials, but that doesn't mean they haven't. I'm guessing Westell's had their FlexCap in trials for some time now and this was a slam-dunk. I find it curious the report specifies one year for Westell and five for GTE. I have other speculations, as well, but need more substance before I say more.

Do you know how the gov't phone systems work? Are they private networks?

Regards,

Pat
