ALL:

Well, I think all of us like secrecy Robert Read. If Participants on this board re-read my posts their is no bias just assumptions which are either reinforced or exposed as fallacies. This is a conceptual framework which all investors should go by. To by a stock and only allow ones cognitive to filter in positive occurences just reinforces and strengthens your viewpoint. If this viewpoint is incorrect, a divergence between reality and fact becomes large. If an investor continues to hold a stock while reality and fact diverge, at some point the bias is uncovered and catastrophic losses result.

Most of the participants on this board have read my posts without turning their filtering mechanism off. For instance, the post about KE and his holdings was a question based off a fax I had recieved (short investor). It was not a statement of fact but an assumption looking for reinforcement or fact. No one stated KE's holdings so the fax was useless-neither reinforced or shattered.

It is interesting but one of the most important posts over the last couple of days was not mentioned. This post was an unbias assumption relating to Intel MMX price cuts. "With Intel price cuts of 50%, a 233MMX chip drops to $245 from almost $479, couldn't a blue box fit in the middle. If you didn't know this is my post-unbias and crucial for Zip penetration.

Regarding today's action-Be Careful of savy marketing gimmicks. Iomega's new 10GB drive is entering a product category that is extremely fierce, low margin and large competitors have more than enough size to reduce prices at will.

It should be said that Iomega's greatest strength is it's marketing expertise. Participants should analyze any product announcement with trepidation. Do not allow your fitering mechanism to reinforce your long or short position. Participants should quickly analyze size of market for the 10GB, Buzz,-Competiion, Size of Competition, Profit Margins of products etc.

The "Buzz" producer which is the size of a mouse, is heavy on software and strongly resembles the features of the "SnapIt!" The product is meant to supplement and enhance Zip and Jazz sales rather to purely stand on its own. It is important that participants protect their mental neutrality when glitzy gadgets are introduced. Investors should also remember that most news is "Manufactured" and causes Investors to forget about the "Important Questions".

I will say that the Zip being offered as an option on Hitachi notebooks is a good place to start asking questions. This market possesses $$$$ which drives eps and stock prices.

Already new individual investors are buying in without knowing the market size and potential sales of these new products.

It will be interesting to see if Iomega can produce another Boom/Bust sequence. In researching such occurences, I have never seen a stock or financial asset produce multiple Boom/Boom sequences so soon. But, Iomega has a way to seek out those with faulty filtering mechanisms.

I will leave you with this, if your long always filter out all positive occurences and if your short always filter out all negative occurences-you'll always be ahead of the curve.
