Perhaps not hat size, but the mid teens seems reasonable and VERY likely IMO........(former fliers like SUNW, ORCL, CSCO, EMC, GLW etc. are all teens, so why not SEBL). It's far from cheap.
BTW, you forget another section of insider selling by Tom. He also dumped over 3 million shares in May & June from his "Living Trust" account. Someone's future college fund is in jeopardy so some rich guy could cash out another $142 Million before the SH*T hit the fan. -ng-
