I have never followed QDEL very closely , although many Quidel S/H's also own Trinity Biotech, a small emerging Diagnostics test company which I like very much.
It appears that QDEL has a very strong presence in the Chlamydia and Strep A test areas.....and Trinity is also gearing up for that market thru their newly acquired Clark facility.
