I would suggest exercising caution on buying innovator drug companies with significant patent expirations. In early August Lillys Prozac comes off patent Barr Labs is expected to launch the generic for the most popular form, capsule 20mg. The generics look particulary atractive at this time for the very reason of patent expirations in droves and an aging baby boomer population.
