First of all, for someone who doesn't have English as a mother tongue, you write extremely well.
I'm really not sure what the title is referring to. In one way, of course, Meursault is strange, and perhaps a stranger to many people, but is he a stranger generally, or to society? He does have friends, he knows people, is he any more a stranger than any of us are? He is certainly detached, but that's not unusual either, IMO.
As to the sun, I'm still considering the various theories that have sprung up here. I have rejected the idea that it's his conscience, because it causes him to do wrong, not right.
I just haven't had time to really think about this. I finished my trial today, and am totally exhausted as always after a day of trial, so am not thinking really clearly, for which I apologize. I hope to do better tomorrow!
