Sorry Richard. You're right as far as the change in course, but I have been following this stock for too long and I am getting impatient. The sale that you quoted did bring revenues to the company. More than half of the sale was cash, but this did not improve their earnings at all. It should have, at least in the quarter that the sale was recorded. TH ecompany had the right to sell the stock that it received within 45 days, but it is still holding on to it at a %50 loss. The money recently awarded AIPN by the court is for rent not paid and there is no mention that AIPN has in fact received this money or if they have a new tenant.
Yes, I am trying to find a positive twist here, but where is it?
