Here's where you guys always mess up.

Video games and movies have first amendment issues. There is a rather difficult problem affecting any change to the entertainment industry without directly conflicting with the 1st.

You don't see the relationship between the First and Second Amendment. They are part of a package, the whole of which is much greater than the sum of the parts. It's well known that the pen is mightier than the sword. Mess with the Second Amendment and you'll find out.
