That's a great story. I had 15 minutes of fame when we got our paper published in Nature back in 1997 (on climate change). I was on the front cover of the Canberra Times and on TV in Canberra and got newspaper articles all around the World (many just our press release with a journalist's name pasted on). Guys were phoning me up from the Bureau of Meterology and Federal Department of the Environment who suddenly thought they ought to know who I was. After about 3 days it all subsided again. The advance royalties is amazing when they haven't ever sold one book of yours yet. When is the book tour? David
