Valuation wise I still like it but there were a few things that perked up my ears on the call. STB Inventory tripled from 50K to 160K; Receivables shot up to 169 Million, there was a 20% reduction in new bookings YOY but 40% Q for Q. Definitely could be warnings signs. However sales were up nicely and backlog actually climbed despite the lower bookings. While other techs "hope" for a fall turn around, there is a real reason why this sector gets better as the winter gets closer. Margins were still in the low 30s and show me another tech that you can buy with a PE in the teens to twenties and has that type of growth. I had sold my shares earlier but I am looking to get back in now that it is a bargain again. TA says 24 possible but anything under 30 is good. Good Luck, Lee
