Speaking of Mexican trucks, I spoke to a license and weight trooper, and he said it will be a turkey shoot when Mexican trucks are allowed access to all USA highways ,beginning Jan. 2002.

Turkey shoot in the sense that officers can stop a Mexican truck and basically hit a home run on code violations. It will be worth it to the Mexican trucking companies, because of the many that will get through.
