Mike....its somewhat obvious to me that Novellus is strengthening their hand....when LRCX did a secondary a while back the stock price fell for a day or so and then went higher. A merger or acquisition would enhance the stock price of NVLS and the company being acquired. The Gasonics acquisition was a plus for both NVLS and GSNX. Other EE's on the thread would know more than I do, as to who could be acquired. Just watch the share volume of possible companies to be acquired....because someone always knows something and tried to capitalize on it. Regards, Jerome
