just like with insider buying/selling, its probably best to ignore the data.. Last time I read a similar statement a few weeks ago the DOW was several hundred points higher.. anyone buying based on the huge short interest is now praying for them to cover.. : ) Playing off short interest is usually a good way to get whacked.. just my opinion as always.. Im turning into a perma bear.. jesus.. or wait, how about a perma-beer : ) Shacks post summed it up best.. never saw so much whipsawing.. IM taking tiny tiny positions and just accepting whatever comes- this could go on for weeks.. (although I still say we collapse in tech land.. especially the semis now that everyones trying to bottom feed)
