Elaine Garzarelli was very bullish on CNBC. I guess she and her group are already fully invested, LOL! Anyway, she likes her techical signals except the sentiment ones. I think she was a bit overconfident, and she thought the market goes up from here substantially, about 15-20%. I disagree, and think we have a short term decline. (She was called a "legend" on CNBC for calling the '87 crash)

My long-term technical signals are also more constructive now, and I am not in disagreement with her on that timeframe. Since she is an institutional analyst, she probably doesn't care about the shorter term fluctuations, and she is definitely focused on NYSE stocks, not Nasdaq.
She is still negative on most Nasdaq stocks.

Short term challenge: Garzarelli vs. Dr.Bob/Flack/Louis/LD (i.e. the short term bears!) etc, LOL!
