This stock is a long term hold. If you do anything now, I would say to accumulate. By years end they will have something like 175 new properties in opetation. Can you imagine how that will affect earnings? Short term I agree heavy volume selling is a negative. I too wondered about the effect of the NYSE move. People may be selling to buy the blue chips short term since they are moving up so strongly and they presume that Stay will be here when they make their money. For me I will be accumulating Stay in this area and if it goes to 8 or 9, Ill do it their too. BTW, stay has decent premiums on options if one would like to pick up money while they wait. Steve D.
