Merril: Be bullish!

Yep, that particular case will start the lawyer's engines. It helped that the plaintiff was a Merril customer and apparently used a full service broker. I sincerely hope the lawyers do in fact pile on this. Bring them to their knees. And I hate lawyers. But I hate the likes of Merril more.

Next it would be great if CNBS got sued as well. And lost. Sort of a collusion angle thing.
