The cash breakup value is probably well below water. Somebody else's paper? Flip a coin. Some sort of deal with debtholders may be in progress...would almost have to be I would think...but a higher price than this seems extremely unlikely to me unless they can continue and grow ADS and royalties from these levels. Both the bridge loan and the senior notes stand in the way of that.

My first and last foray into message boards, and for my part to what limited degree I personally ever may have influenced anyone anywhere to buy or hold this stock, I do apologize. Believe me I have paid more than a little, primarily in genuinely mammoth opportunity cost. While I, like many, have sounded warnings for a long time in my posts, I have also said again and again that survival was likely. Even after so many misadventures, I did not think they would ever back themselves into so restrictive a corner. They began with many assets at their disposal, but disposal became the operative word.I was simply very wrong.

The lessons? Don't fall "in love" with a stock. And whatever sector overview or opinion of a tech you might hold, if any company's actual specific execution doesn't mesh with it, sell immediately...don't look back.

Many bright and interesting people on this board. And incredibly patient people, but sometimes the market stands that virtue on its head. Getting to know many of you has been a true pleasure for me, even if owning AXC has not. All the best to you and yours. We may have been Jonestown, but we are at least spared the Kool Aid. Life goes on. Know each of you will make the most of it...and I will sure try to do that myself.... and someday the AXC experience will just be a laughable footnote for us all.

VIA CON DIOS!
