Russ, Production cutbacks are also starting to show in the slver market as well businesswire.com Base metals miners will do same big time as well if we get into a recession as many expect. there will be more Cominco who prefer to sell their electricity insted of using it to run their smelter. I don't know when... but the opportunity of a life time in metals is coming. A deep recession in 2002 followed by a recovery would see metals prices go trhough the roof in the following 5 years. While waiting for this grand bull, we should have one very nice rally in the fall. CC
