If price goes too far toward the apex of a triangle, is not a good setup. More often than not in such cases, price will just dribble through the apex in a range. If a triangle does not break by 80% toward the apex, chances are slim you'll get a pop either way.

The QQQ triangle will have to break very soon for it to catch my attention.
