Pro, I think you are little off on this trucking issue. Code and safety. Consider 20% of US trucks are found with problems. An unsafe truck at some level should be impounded to getting made safe immediately. Code violation should be handled by fines. Apply US laws on trucks code and safety as it is applied to US trucks. No more and no less. If you are in Mexico do you wish to be treated with special screw the American Law or Mexican Law which by American standards you may be in deep dodo anyway. :) This I believe is how we deal with Canada and this should be how ones deals with Mexico. Even in the US there are now laws that differ between states. Some things are legal in one place and not in another. One must follow the law of the place one is in and one should be expect to be treated equally under the law. tom watson tosiwmee
