Heatsinker, Re: Intel's newer stuff is just now coming out and will miss this cycle. I think Intel is better positioned for back to school right now. Palomino won't arrive until September and will miss the cycle completely. In the meantime Intel will launch Brookdale systems (chipset is ready and will be shipped until month's end) which will enable OEMs to build very cheap P4 systems and high performance 2 GHz P4s at the end of August. AMD's only "weapon" for back to school selling is nForce which will hopefully arrive on time. Andreas
