She told me--via personal attacks, of course--I was flat dumb when I sold my ($7 cost-basis) JDSU in Jan/Feb 2000. At the time, I wrote that I'd stick around and officially eat crow--admit it if I was wrong. I meant that. I may be a dumb logger but I'm a man of my word. Please post URL of posts where I called you dumb. I don't recall ever accusing anyone of ignorance or brilliance in terms of buying and selling. We are only dumb or smart in relation to our price basis and investment objectives. In truth we are all right at some moment in time and wrong at others. Often we're both at the same time. We sell half positions when we wish we'd sold all. We buy half what we want and wish we'd had more courage. We choose the right company at the wrong time or the right sector at the wrong time. If anyone is judged by a single action or at a single moment in time they will be either gods or demons. Hopefully those we care about and respect have the intelligence and wisdom to judge us in a brighter light. In the end we all have to take responsibility for our own actions. Once again, please post the comments you've referenced. If I've said what you claim, I'll make a public apology. Pat
