Also, they do still have the ITG technology, they can license, I'm conviced that was real.

My spec (I'm out a while back, for the record) is how nasty will the debt holders get. It could pay to go into ch 11 just to protect shareholders from a complete wipeout. At least that possibility, or the possibility of a debt for equity deal is going to hold this at near zero for a long while. My immediate thought is it plays between .03 and .15, and it won't show it's true colors for at least two weeks.

But my question is....no old beatnicks out there?
