Here is where you lose your way and the primary purpose of why America was created and what the purpose of the government is for.

America was created for the individual, NOT a collective, NOT the "common good." In reality, there is no set "common good." The definition of that can change on a whim. Inalienable rights are set and cannot be changed -- even by whim.

The government's SOLE purpose is to protect the rights of its individual citizens. That is its only real right. The government only exists by the pleasure of it citizens as well.
