Art why are Iraqi "restriction" relevant? I must be missing something, didn't Iraq recently resume near full production? They pay attention to "restrictions" or ignore them at will.

As for Caspian oil, I recently posted an article that reported on a newly completed Russian pipeline out of the Caspian region that can currently deliver 500 thousand barrels a day, with the capability to deliver something like 700 k in the next few years. I expect the Kazakhs will continue to truck as much out that they can. So I estimate in about two years at least 1 new mbpd coming out of Kazakhstan alone. That doesn't count?
